For Adult Population:

The speech therapist is trained to treat adults with voice and swallowing problems. He will make recommendations regarding non-medical solutions to your complaints which may include:

  • Hoarseness
  • Vocal fatigue
  • Pain when speaking
  • Throat clearing
  • Coughing
  • Difficulty swallowing
  • Sensation of lump in throat
  • Feeling of throat closing up
  • Choking

He also enjoys treating patients with neurogenic disorders including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, ALS and Myasthenia Gravis.

For Child Population:

Our speech therapist is able to treat one client at a time in a play-based learning environment. He enjoys customizing a treatment plan for your child or young adult. Our speech therapist is able to evaluate and treat a wide variety of childhood speech disorders. He is skillful in treating children who:

  • Cannot produce speech sounds clearly
  • Use very few words or have trouble producing connected language
  • Have difficulty learning or understanding language
  • Cannot produce smooth, connected speech and children who stutter
  • Have trouble in social situations
  • Speak with a raspy or harsh voice or inappropriate pitch
  • Have other cognitive communication impairments

He also has experience treating older children up to age 21 who may need extra attention for language or pragmatic disorders.

We also specialize in providing speech rehabilitation for children with cochlear implants.
